Downtown Easton has a ton of great restaurants just within a few blocks of Centre Square. Finally, something worth blogging about. In fact, there are great options all over the Lehigh Valley. I’ll do my best to highlight the good and steer you clear of the bad. Even though I’ll be concentrating on Easton, I’m thinking that my quest for material will teach me a lot about what the rest of the valley has to offer.
